FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022

I led the technical delivery across a six-month pipeline, from planning and system design to on-site execution for two large-scale video mapping projects. One project consisted of 35× Panasonic projectors aimed at the National Archive of Qatar. The secondary installation used 40× Barco projectors aimed at the Ministry of Interior of Qatar.

I designed the entire setup including container-based projector housings and audio system. I programmed Disguise d3 servers, supervised projector alignment, and coordinated a freelance team from pre-rig through show operations.
